Don't miss out on the chance to experience LAN Noodle for yourself. From the first bite to the last slurp of noodles, LAN Noodle promises a dining experience like no other.

I went with my partner and the waiter was very friendly. The noodles were thick thick and the soup had lots of herbs and spices. You must eat with a spoon in the other hand to slurp up all the flavor! The walls were painted with the history of the noodles.

This place is amazing! It's definitely my top go to places now. We got the appetizer combo platter (smashed cucumbers, shredded potatoes, and beef tendon). I love that they have that as an option where you can pick three and have a variety as your sides. We tried their signature lan noodle it tasted more clean and brothy. And their braised beef noodle which was amazing the beef broth tasted so flavorful. We both got our noodle soup with thin wide noodles. I love that they have so many options to choose your noodle shape from.

LAN Noodle is probably the best place to get authentic Liang Pi noodles. They're pretty hard to make so other places don't it right half the time. Probably the best dish here! For those who don't know what these noodles are, it's a cold sesame paste/sauce over a translucent noodle. The noodles also have this chewy texture unlike any other noodle. Hard to describe, but if you like sesame/peanut sauce + cold, chewy noodles -- I'd give it a shot! You won't regret it. I've also ordered their cumin lamb with the wide flat noodles. It's delicious, though it has varied in quality the multiples I've ordered it. It's more of a tomato sauce noodle though which is a little misleading. I did not think anything was that special about their signature beef noodle soup. It was good as with any place's, but at least their noodle texture is consistently perfect. They hand stretch the noodles in front of you too!

Amazing spot for fresh noodles! The big chicken platter was such a generous portion serving, both in terms of the meat and noodles. Was a bit difficult to eat with just chopsticks, but was a very enjoyable meal, though I might have wished there was a little less sauce on the plate. Noodles were so chewy and perfectly cooked. Casual ambiance and friendly service, lots of parking in the strip mall and convenient location!

This is a small shop, and the food & service are fantastic. Got to try it when you crave for soup noodles. Their combos are good deal. My friend got combo B which includes signature LAN noodles, a tea egg, a small appetizer and a soft drink. For the signature Lan noodles, get the thick cut noodles. The soup is flavorful and simmered for hours. Fresh noodle. Tender beef. A bowl of goodness. I got their tomatoes and scrambled eggs over thin noodles. Tomatoes and scrambled eggs are my childhood favorites and still is my favorite home made dish. I have tried this dish over noodles at other restaurants. And LAN do it the best. Noodles is cooked just right too- not soggy and mix well with the sauce. Parking is in a big private lot. Plenty of easy parking.

I have been to their West Covina location but based on the dish I ordered last time I didn't have the best tasting experience so I gave it another chance since I know my other friends enjoyed what they ordered which were more soup based. I ordered their signature beef noodle soup (non-spicy) with thin noodles. I liked that their noodles are hand made and you can taste the freshness. Also, love the option of choose the noodle thickness. The broth tastes clean and so healthy! My friend and I shared the spicy pickled cucumbers and it had a nice crunch. The facility is clean, not much of an ambiance but good food and cleanliness are the most important to me in terms of Asian restaurants. Plus prices were affordable for quality food.

An easy spot for a quick meal. They served the beef noodle soup so quickly. This is a solid noodle joint in Arcadia. They are in the same plaza behind Capital Seafood. There is plenty of parking. The menu is pretty simple. The tough part is deciding which type of noodle to get! They range from thin to wide to round to hand-cut. My eating partners thought the beef noodle soup was pretty solid. They do give a lot of green onion and cilantro. After tax and tip, the beef noodle soup was like $20. I got the sesame liang pi, which was slightly spicy. The serving size is a good portion. I think it's very filling per person. I'd come back to try their appetizer dishes, like the sliced beef and pig ears.
